Business formation requirements, tax obligations, licensing regulations, and commercial laws vary significantly across countries and are subject to change. UndrHustl does not guarantee that any information provided through the AI Mentor or any other feature of the Service reflects the current laws or regulations of your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Tokens are allocated based on your subscription plan. Tokens reset monthly on your billing date. Unused tokens do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and recover associated fees.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax or VAT.
All Service content, branding, software, and materials are owned by UndrHustl and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
If you are located in the European Economic Area, processing of personal data is subject to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You may only bring claims in your individual capacity.
We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UndrHustl and supersede all prior agreements.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
